We are looking for a BFSI Trainer to deliver engaging classroom and online training on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. The role involves preparing training content, conducting assessments, mentoring students, and supporting their placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on banking, insurance, financial services, customer service, sales, KYC, and digital banking.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive sessions, role plays, case studies, mock interviews, and presentations.
• Track student attendance, performance, feedback, and learning outcomes.
• Provide career guidance and placement-readiness support.
• Coordinate with placement and mobilization teams for student enrollment and opportunities.
• Support counseling, outreach, and other center activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and banking/insurance products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Good MS Office and digital learning skills.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Ability to mentor and motivate youth toward employment.
• NISM/NCFM certification knowledge will be an added advantage.
