Responsible for timely and safe delivery of products/parcels to customers while maintaining proper documentation and providing good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up parcels from the company/hub and deliver them to customers as per assigned routes.
• Verify customer details, address, and parcel information before delivery.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of all assigned shipments.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, where applicable, and submit them as per company process.
• Update delivery status, customer remarks, and proof of delivery through the company’s mobile application.
• Handle return-to-origin (RTO), undelivered, and re-attempt shipments.
• Maintain proper care of parcels during transportation.
• Coordinate with the hub/supervisor regarding delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Maintain daily records of delivered, pending, and returned shipments.
• Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of local routes and locations.
• Basic smartphone/app handling skills.
• Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler, if required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
