About the Role : We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Executives to join our growing Field Sales Team. This is an individual-contributor, on-ground sales role focused on revenue generation.The selected candidate will be responsible for selling ChattyBao’s subscription plans directly to local retail shops, showrooms, and businesses. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from prospect identification and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with strong customer communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with different types of business owners.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic applications for reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective merchants, including retail shops, showrooms, and local businesses in the assigned territory.
• Conduct effective on-ground product demonstrations of ChattyBao’s subscription plans.
• Explain ChattyBao’s solutions, including Google visibility, websites, and AI-powered tools, in a simple and convincing manner.
• Convert prospects into paying subscribers and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through consistent field activity.
