Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the feed manufacturing plant.
• Supervise manpower and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
• Monitor grinding, mixing, pelleting/extrusion, and packing processes.
• Ensure product quality as per prescribed standards.
• Monitor raw material consumption, wastage, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor machinery performance, breakdowns, and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare production reports and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth plant functioning.
