Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery in shifts as per the production plan to achieve defined quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure proper machine upkeep and actively participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow all prescribed safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational or manufacturing issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
• Complete online production data entry accurately and without errors.
• Follow all hygiene, product safety, and workplace cleanliness standards.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure proper housekeeping at the workstation.
• Comply with customer-specific Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Coordinate with the Planning team to minimize paper usage and production-related waste.
