Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update company/customer data accurately in computer systems and software.
• Maintain and organize records, files, documents, and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information.
• Handle Excel sheets, MS Word, Google Sheets, and other data-entry tools.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as required by the management.
• Update product, order, customer, inventory, or business-related information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments whenever data or documentation is required.
• Perform general computer and administrative tasks related to data management.
