Job Summary : A sales promoter is responsible for promoting products, interacting with customers, providing product information, and driving sales. The candidate will assist customers in making purchase decisions while ensuring excellent customer service and proper product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed on shelves.
• Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and store staff.
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports as required.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and grooming standards.
