Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented telesales executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, offers, and terms to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
• Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/database.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide a good customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
• Prepare and share regular sales and calling reports with the supervisor.
