🔧 Job Role – Mobile Quality & Repair Operations
- Mobile and smartphone quality inspection.
- Smartphone repair and troubleshooting.
- Device testing and functional checks.
- Component replacement and assembly.
- Final quality checking of refurbished devices.
📚 Key Learning & Support Responsibilities
- Understanding Specifications: Study technical specifications, drawings, and quality plans under supervision.
- Material Inspection: Assist in checking incoming materials and finished products for physical damage, dimensional accuracy, and other quality parameters.
- Using Measuring Tools: Learn to use basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Assisting in Testing: Support routine functional and quality tests, including fit, torque, pressure, and other applicable checks.
- Quality & Safety: Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, safety guidelines, and workplace practices.
