The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer engagement, and explaining broadband plans and benefits. The executive will visit homes, retailers, and other designated areas to identify and convert prospective customers.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of the local language; English communication skills will be an added advantage.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for Airtel Broadband by identifying and converting potential customers.
• Identify, approach, and educate prospective customers about the benefits and features of Airtel Broadband.
• Visit households, retailers, and other designated locations to generate new leads and acquire customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through regular field visits and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular attendance and in/out activity through the Airtel App.
• Provide timely market and competitor feedback to the Airtel Circle Team.
• Stay updated on new company products, plans, offers, and features.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional customer experience.
