Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell SBI Credit Card products to prospective customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and open-market sales.
• Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable offers.
• Assist customers with the credit card application and documentation process.
• Follow up with leads and customers to complete the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records as per company guidelines.
