🎯 Eligibility

• Candidates meeting the required qualification and company eligibility criteria.
• Willingness to work in shift-based and shop-floor operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.
• Support production-line activities under the guidance of supervisors.
• Perform basic quality inspections and component checks.
• Maintain production and quality-related records accurately.
• Assist with material handling, movement, and arrangement.
• Follow defined SOPs, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and discipline at the workplace.
• Report defective products, machine/process issues, and other abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Coordinate effectively with production, quality, and machine operators.
• Achieve assigned production and quality targets.

🏭 Training & Deployment

• Training: 15 days at Phulgaon.
• After successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed at Pricol Limited, Chakan.
• Work may involve rotational shifts and shop-floor activities, depending on department requirements.
