🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline with 50% or above.
• Age: 25 years or below at the time of application.
• Education from 10th to Graduation must be completed through regular mode.
• No educational gaps.
• Post-graduation work experience, if any, should be less than 12 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in sales and relationship management.
• Candidate should not have a relative working with ICICI Bank.

🏫 Training Program : Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day residential training program at an approved NIIT campus.

Training Includes:

• Banking fundamentals
• ICICI Bank products and processes
• Sales & Relationship Management
• Customer handling and compliance
• Branch operations exposure

Training Fee: No application or training fee for selected candidates.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for ICICI Bank products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and financial needs.
• Recommend and pitch suitable banking products.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
• Assist customers in using digital banking channels.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver quality customer service while adhering to banking policies and compliance requirements.
• Interact with customers through phone calls, branch interactions, and field visits.
• Support the branch in achieving assigned sales and business targets.
• Maintain professional communication, grooming, and customer-service etiquette.
   

📋 Selection Process

• Step 1: Candidate identification through Employment Exchange / NIIT coordination
• Step 2: Aptitude Test → NIIT Panel Interview → Final Interview by ICICI Bank Officials
• Step 3: Provisional Offer Letter from ICICI Bank
• Step 4: 15-Day Residential Training at NIIT
• Step 5: Final Appointment Letter → Joining at the allocated ICICI Bank branch
