Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: 10th, 12th grade pass, or ITI.
• Gender: Male candidates only.

Provided by the company:

• 1 pair of safety shoes, 2 trousers, and 2 t-shirts.

Shift Timings:

• Shift A: 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM
• Shift B: 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• Shift C: 11:30 PM to 06:30 AM

Canteen: Available at a subsidized rate.

Salary Structure:

• For 10th & 12th pass candidates:
  • CTC: Rs 15,008/-
  • Inhand: Rs 12,611/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen)
• For ITI (Fresher) & 10th/12th with 2 years experience in the Automobile Industry:
  • CTC: Rs. 16,366/-
  • Inhand: Rs.14,032/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen)
• For ITI (1-2 years experience in the Automobile Industry) & 10th/12th with 4 years experience in the Automobile Industry:
  • CTC: Rs.18830/-
  • Inhand: Rs.16261/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen)
• For ITI (Painter, Denter, Welder, Drivers with HCV License) - Highly Skilled:
  • CTC: Rs. 19,232/-
  • Inhand: Rs. 16,660/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen)
     

 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per SOPs.
• Support production, assembly, and manufacturing operations to meet daily targets.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and ensure products meet required standards.
• Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and workplace guidelines.
• Report machine issues, defects, or process abnormalities to the supervisor and support smooth production operations.
