🔧 Job Role –The role involves supporting the manufacturing and assembly of electrical components such as MCCBs and ACBs, along with PCBA-related production activities.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹21,145/month (including PF & ESIC)
• In-Hand Salary: ₹16,465/month (including Attendance Bonus & Statutory Bonus)
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹70/day additional
• Incentives: Not applicable
• Overtime: Not applicable

🕐 Working Hours

• 3 Rotational Shifts: A, B & C
• Shift timing will change every week.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in standing-line operations and rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform component identification and inspection as per production requirements.
• Conduct PCBA inspection and ensure proper storage and handling of components.
• Handle components and PCBs safely during production and storage activities.
• Perform manual soldering as per defined quality standards and work instructions.
• Support conformal coating processes for PCBA components.
• Operate and assist with SMT/THT machines on the PCBA production line as per training and SOPs.
• Perform assembly and manufacturing activities while maintaining required quality and productivity standards.
