Eligibility:

• Age: 18 to 28 years
• Must be comfortable working in both day and night shifts
• Basic English reading skills are mandatory

Salary:

• CTC: ₹17,578 per month (Including PF & ESIC)
• In-hand Salary: ₹13,744 per month

Benefits:

• Night Shift Allowance – ₹75 per day
• Additional ₹800 per month for candidates working the entire month in the night shift

• Working Hours: 8 Hours 30 Minutes
• Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Weekly Off: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick products as per order requirements.
• Pack products accurately and safely.
• Scan, label, and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Check product quality and quantity before packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Support inventory and warehouse operations as required
