We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Finance Faculty who can teach finance concepts to degree college students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain financial concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering sessions that combine conceptual understanding with practical applications and real-world financial examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging finance sessions for degree college students.
• Teach finance concepts ranging from basic to advanced levels.
• Explain complex financial concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
• Use real-world examples, case studies, market developments, and practical exercises while teaching.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and other learning material when required.
• Encourage classroom discussions and help students develop analytical and practical finance skills.
• Assess students' understanding and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
• Stay updated with developments in financial markets, corporate finance, investment analysis, and the broader finance industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance and Financial Markets.
• Good understanding of areas such as financial statements, investment analysis, valuation, corporate finance, financial markets, and related concepts.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently teach and interact with degree college students.
• Ability to make sessions engaging, practical, and easy to understand.
• Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or finance industry experience will be an advantage.
