We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Ex-Serviceman to work as a Security Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, managing deployment and attendance, maintaining discipline, conducting site inspections, monitoring entry and exit, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the assigned premises.

Eligibility:

• Ex-Serviceman from Army, Navy, or Air Force.
• Age Limit : Till 50
• Good physical fitness and discipline.
• Basic communication and record-keeping skills.

Working Hours: 12 Hours * 26 Days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security guards at the assigned site.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and grooming of guards.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrolling of the premises.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain security registers, visitor records, and daily reports.
