Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, including system processing, inventory allocation, purchase order (PO) confirmation, warehouse allocation, carrier assignment, and invoicing.
• Analyze and process payment dispute claims in accordance with internal processes and defined SLA timelines.
• Create, edit, and maintain product content for e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries related to accounts, carriers, delivery schedules, POs, and order-related issues.

Requirements & Skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse, logistics, inventory, and order-fulfillment processes.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within defined SLA timelines.
