• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Prior telecalling experience with a proven sales-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
• Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and other assigned sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and applicable offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer queries, and after-sales support.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor activities.
