Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders in accordance with established SOPs; training will be provided.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation at all times.
• Perform food preparation activities such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and washing while following hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with washing and cleaning utensils and equipment used for food preparation.
• Support the kitchen team in unloading and handling materials received from supply chain partners as required.
• Handle food items safely and hygienically in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Regularly clean and sanitize assigned workstations and maintain overall workplace cleanliness.

• Basic understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling materials.
