• Operation and Monitoring: Load raw materials, run production cycles, and watch equipment performance to keep work steady and efficient.
• Quality Control: Check finished goods and measure parts using tools like rulers or micrometers to spot defects.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Clean, lubricate, or fix minor machine issues, and report larger mechanical failures to supervisors.
• Record Keeping: Log production output, material usage, and track any defective units.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict plant safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
