Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors at the project site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction activities to maintain required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.
• Monitor the availability and proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, quality concerns, and safety risks to the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate daily site records, work progress reports, attendance, and material records.
