Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment as per SOPs and work instructions.
• Set up machines, load raw materials, and perform basic adjustments as required.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and process parameters.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
• Identify and report machine faults, defects, or process abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and other required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and discipline at the workstation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team in achieving daily production and quality targets.
