Key Responsibilities

• Technical Skill Development: Develop practical, job-specific technical skills through hands-on training and guidance from experienced technicians.
• Machine & Equipment Handling: Operate and handle assigned machines, equipment, and tools safely and effectively.
• Preventive Maintenance Support: Assist technicians in routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic servicing activities.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Identification: Identify basic machine or equipment abnormalities and report technical issues to supervisors.
• Quality Inspection & Control: Conduct basic quality checks and ensure work is performed according to defined quality standards.
• Tool Handling & Usage: Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and trade-specific equipment.
• Technical SOP Compliance: Follow technical SOPs, work instructions, drawings, and established operating procedures.
• Safety & Technical Standards Compliance: Follow PPE requirements, safety procedures, and applicable technical standards at all times.
• Technical Documentation & Reporting: Maintain basic maintenance, inspection, production, and training records as required.
• Practical Application of ITI Skills: Apply theoretical and practical ITI knowledge to real-world industrial activities and production processes.
