Key Responsibilities

• Customer Reception & Job Card Opening: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and prepare accurate job cards.
• Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis: Conduct initial vehicle inspections and identify service or repair requirements.
• Job Estimation & Customer Approval: Prepare repair/service estimates and obtain customer approval before commencing work.
• Repair Order & Technician Coordination: Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair activities to ensure timely completion.
• Timely Vehicle Delivery: Ensure vehicles are serviced, inspected, and delivered within the committed timeline.
• Customer Satisfaction & CSI: Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.
• Complaint & Repeat Repair Resolution: Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution of repeat repair issues.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote relevant service packages, spare parts, accessories, and value-added services.
• Quality Control & Final Inspection: Ensure completed work meets quality standards and conduct final vehicle inspections before delivery.
• Revenue & Process Compliance: Support revenue and productivity targets while ensuring adherence to company processes and standards.
