We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead and manage daily operations under the DDUGKY project at Nagaland . The ideal candidate should be experience in handling in DDUJJKY Project Alstead 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations
• Manage trainers, staff, and student batches
• Implementation of the entire Training Program & Centre Management AS Per DDUGKY SOP
• Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and attendance records
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and district officials
• Achieve enrolment, training, and placement targets
• Resolve centre-level issues and maintain discipline
• Ensure quality training and compliance
