Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Allocate and monitor manpower as per daily work requirements.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and minimize rework.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Maintain site discipline and proper housekeeping.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, material shortages, and safety concerns.
• Maintain daily manpower and work-progress records.
• Support site inspections, measurements, and rectification of defects.
