Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Plan and monitor daily work activities and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, supervisors, and project teams.
• Supervise RCC, concrete, foundation, masonry, plastering, structural, and finishing works.
• Check civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site requirements before execution.
• Monitor availability and proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, testing, and quality compliance.
• Identify technical issues and site constraints and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Coordinate material requirements with the stores and procurement teams.
   

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
   

Key Skills

• Civil construction and site execution knowledge.
• Knowledge of RCC, concrete, foundation, masonry, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
• Contractor and manpower supervision.
• Knowledge of quality and safety requirements.
• Planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
