Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Generate leads and achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell financial and allied services.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills

• Expertise in any one or more of the following will be an added advantage: Wealth Management, Broking, Trading, GST, RTA, or Forex Services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong business development and lead-conversion skills.
