• Pick products accurately from warehouse shelves/racks based on customer orders.
• Scan products using handheld barcode scanners and update order status.
• Pack products safely according to company standards.
• Sort products based on orders, locations, and dispatch requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to identify damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Label packages correctly and ensure accurate shipment details.
• Receive, store, and organise goods in the designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory records and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Achieve accuracy and productivity standards while handling customer orders.
