Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle products/materials in the warehouse.
• Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
• Scan products using handheld barcode scanners/system.
• Pack products safely and securely for dispatch.
• Sort products according to orders, locations and delivery requirements.
• Check product quantity, quality and condition before dispatch.
• Arrange and store products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock-taking activities.
• Update stock and order information in the system.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Identify damaged, missing or incorrect products and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy and quality targets.
