Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for our Backend Operations team to support brokerage, trading, and cryptocurrency-related financial processes. The role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliation and settlement activities, and ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately within defined timelines.

This is a non-voice/backend role, ideal for candidates with prior experience in brokerage, trading operations, financial services, settlement, reconciliation, wealth management, equity, mutual funds, ETFs, capital markets, or cryptocurrency/digital asset operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and maintain financial and trade-related transactions.
• Handle brokerage, trading, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
• Review transaction records and identify discrepancies or mismatches.
• Perform reconciliation of financial and operational data across multiple systems.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and transaction documentation.
• Investigate and resolve transaction-related exceptions and operational issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned transactions and cases.
• Follow established operational, compliance, and data-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending, unmatched, or disputed transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial information.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/undergraduate candidates with relevant financial-domain experience.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in financial operations.
• Good understanding of financial transactions and backend processes.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and transactions.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
