Business Development Associate is a frontline sales position responsible for acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and promoting the Bank’s banking and investment products and services based on customer needs.This is a field-oriented sales role involving daily customer interactions, lead generation, client meetings, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the Bank and third-party products.
• Acquire new customers and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking and investment products.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets as assigned by the organization.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure successful lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and applicable financial services guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
