📍 Job Location: Industrial Area, UPSIDC Phase-01, Near Murarnagar, Sandila, District Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Chemical Engineers to join our Production Department in a chemical manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, maintaining product quality, and complying with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
 

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes as per SOPs and production plans.
• Operate and monitor process equipment such as reactors, pumps, filters, centrifuges, and dryers.
• Monitor key process parameters including temperature, pressure, pH, flow, level, and reaction time.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations.
• Maintain batch sheets, production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
• Identify process deviations and escalate issues to the concerned senior/department head.
• Assist in process troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, EHS, and Stores departments.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transfer of chemicals and raw materials.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY – FRESHERS

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Internship or industrial training experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a chemical manufacturing plant.
• Good learning attitude, communication skills, and basic knowledge of chemical processes and industrial safety.
