Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders based on pick lists or digital scanning systems.
• Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and properly store items in designated warehouse locations. Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, audit inventory levels, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and (if certified) forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and proper lifting techniques. Always wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
