Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems including furnaces, conveyors, and cutting machines.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Installation Support: Assist in installation, alignment, and calibration of new machinery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to plant safety standards and ensure compliance with ISO and environmental guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.

Required Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, welding, and hydraulic systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
