The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
• Understand customer concerns and accurately translate the customer’s voice into technical terms for the Service Supervisor/Technician.
• Open and maintain accurate Job Cards based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and explain repair/service estimates, including cost and expected delivery time.
• Recommend and sell Preventive Maintenance (PM) parts, AMC, and Extended Warranty products as applicable.
• Prepare HTR (History/Technical Report) accurately as per process requirements.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
