• Conduct test rides and confidently explain the features, specifications, and benefits of two-wheelers to customers.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations based on customer requirements.
• Record and update customer enquiries and leads in the Smart App accurately and on time.
• Follow up with prospective customers and understand their purchase requirements.
• Demonstrate strong lead conversion and sales skills to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance.
• Special incentive schemes available for employees who achieve or exceed assigned targets.
