🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire workshop floor and ensure smooth day-to-day service operations.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on their skills, workload, and job requirements.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and turnaround time to ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed time.
• Monitor preventive maintenance services, fault diagnosis, and major & minor repairs of Honda two-wheelers.
• Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues with minimal repeat repairs.
• Monitor technician performance, bay utilization, and workshop productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HMSI service processes, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
