We are looking for a skilled Packaging Production Supervisor to manage packaging line operations and ensure smooth execution of production activities at our Rania plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in packaging machinery, production coordination, manpower handling, and packaging process control.
 

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Production Operations

• Handle day-to-day packaging production activities
• Ensure smooth operation of packaging and filling lines
• Monitor productivity, output, and machine efficiency

Line Management & Process Control

• Ensure proper packing, sealing, labeling, and batch coding
• Monitor packaging quality and minimize rejection/wastage
• Maintain production parameters as per SOPs

Manpower & Shift Handling

• Supervise operators and workers on packaging lines
• Manage shift activities and manpower allocation
• Ensure discipline and adherence to safety practices

Machine Coordination & Maintenance

• Coordinate with maintenance team during machine breakdowns
• Ensure proper machine utilization and preventive care
• Support troubleshooting of packaging-related issues

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain production reports and packaging records
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with QA/QC for quality approvals
   

Key Skills & Competencies
