Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Marks: 60% and above
• No active backlogs / arrears
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and shop-floor environment.

• Minimum Weight: 45 kg

• No sibling should be currently employed in the hiring organisation.

Work Pattern : Shift  & Timing

• A Shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• B Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• C Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Working Days: 6 days per week Weekly Off: 1 day

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production operations involved in tyre manufacturing processes.
• Operate and monitor production machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
• Perform basic quality checks, including visual inspection and defect identification.
• Monitor production processes and report deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on the shop floor and follow 5S practices.
• Strictly follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and operational guidelines.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and safety drills.
• Identify and report potential quality concerns and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Support initiatives to reduce rejection and wastage and improve productivity.
• Maintain production-related records and report process deviations.
