Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and locate over-the-counter (OTC) products.
• Sales & Billing: Operate cash registers, process payment transactions, and handle pharmacy billing software accurately.
• Inventory Management: Restock shelves, check stock levels, receive incoming shipments, and remove expired or damaged goods.
• Prescription Support: Assist the pharmacist in organizing, labeling, or retrieving prescriptions while routing clinical or medical questions to the pharmacist.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, counters, and storage areas clean, hygienic, and organized according to safety standards.
