Key Responsibilities :

• Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols, inspect doors/windows, and watch CCTV/alarm systems for suspicious activity. 
• Access Control: Monitor and authorize entry/exit for employees, visitors, and vehicles; verify IDs and manage visitor logs. 
• Incident Response: Respond to alarms, disturbances, emergencies (fire, medical), and calls for help, contacting authorities when needed. 
• Reporting: Write detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and logs of irregularities or observations. 
• Enforcement: Warn individuals of rule infractions and, if necessary, apprehend or evict violators. 
• Customer Service: Greet visitors, provide directions, and offer guidance on safety protocols.
