Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles after service/repair to ensure work quality meets OEM standards.
• Conduct test drives when required to identify unresolved issues.
• Check job cards and confirm all reported customer complaints are resolved.
• Ensure correct repair methods, tools, and genuine parts are used.
• Verify cleanliness, final polishing, and detailing before vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors regarding rework and issues.
• Maintain workshop floor discipline and process compliance.
• Reduce rework, repeat complaints, and warranty claim failures.
• Track quality performance and share daily & weekly reports with management.
• Ensure safety & 5S standards on the workshop floor.
• Monitor diagnostic results and assist in troubleshooting complex concerns.
• Participate in technical and quality improvement training.
   

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of automobile service & repair procedures.
• Quality inspection, auditing, and process control skills.
• Ability to identify faults and guide technicians effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• DMS / job card handling knowledge preferred.
