Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention.
• Follow up on new and existing customers for sales closure and repeat business.
• Manage post-sales communication including delivery feedback and documentation.
• Handle customer complaints & escalate issues to management if required.
• Coordinate between sales, service & finance departments for customer support.
• Track and monitor test drives, inquiries, bookings, & delivery progress.
• Maintain customer database through CRM / DMS system updates.
• Ensure CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets are achieved.
• Conduct follow-ups with service customers to encourage repeat services.
• Support promotional events, customer engagement activities & dealership campaigns.
• Assist customers during vehicle delivery and documentation explanation.

Skills / Competencies

• Strong communication & customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requirements in real time.
• Knowledge of automobile industry & dealership processes.
• Experience working with CRM / DMS software preferred.
• Problem solving ability & professional attitude.
