Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
