Shift: 2-Shift Rotational | 12 Hours per Shift

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for the production of precision components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, maintaining production standards, and following workplace safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Identify and report machining defects or abnormalities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow 5S, safety, quality, and production standards.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, materials, and finished components.

Eligibility & Skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
