We are hiring Die Casting Helpers to support die casting and finishing operations in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will assist in material handling, finishing, inspection, and maintaining a safe and clean workplace while ensuring production and quality standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and components as required.
• Remove excess material, flash, and other unwanted portions from molded parts.
• Assist operators in setting up and monitoring die casting machines.
• Follow safe operating procedures and maintain machine and workplace cleanliness.
• Inspect components for visible defects and ensure they meet basic quality requirements.
• Report machine issues, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain shift-wise production records and documentation.
• Provide basic support for routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and workplace safety practices.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good discipline, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
