F&B Manager – ZANA Luxury Escapes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bars and events.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistent luxury service standards.
• Drive F&B revenue, profitability, cost control and productivity.
• Manage team performance, staffing, training and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and hotel SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
• Handle guest feedback, service recovery and VIP requirements.
• Drive menu knowledge, upselling and service excellence within the team.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to departmental budgets and business plans.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in luxury/upscale hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-handling skills.
• Commercial acumen with a strong focus on quality and service.
• Flexible, hands-on and capable of leading a high-performance team.
